Support for your business

Accountants for limited companies in Oldham and Manchester

Bring year-end accounts, business tax, bookkeeping and employer responsibilities into one agreed plan.

Company owners need to distinguish the company’s records and obligations from their own. We agree which accounts, tax and ongoing bookkeeping work you need, identify approaching dates and explain what information you must supply.

A year-end process with fewer loose ends

Start with reconciled bank records, sales and purchase records, details of assets and finance, and any director transactions. Gaps are easier to resolve before the accounts are ready for approval. Tell us if this is your first accounting period or if previous accounts are outstanding.

Accounts and tax are separate tasks

The accounts filing date and the company tax payment and return dates are not necessarily the same. Agree who prepares, reviews, approves and submits each item. Director tax returns, payroll, VAT and confirmation statements should be discussed explicitly rather than assumed to be included.

Support during the year

If you need current figures rather than only a year-end summary, discuss regular bookkeeping and management information. Tell us how often you need information, who maintains the records and which software you use so the proposal reflects your actual workflow.

Before we start

Can you take over an existing company?

Yes. We first agree the scope and start date, then arrange an authorised handover. Tell us about outstanding work or urgent correspondence at the outset.

Are personal tax returns included?

Not automatically. Company work and personal tax returns are separate responsibilities and must be specified in the proposal.

A clear proposal before you commit.

Explain your business, current records and any urgent dates. The initial consultation is free.
